Our commitment to inclusive excellence

As an integral part of Virginia Tech, the College of Architecture, Arts, and Design is committed to the land-grant mission and guided by the spirit of Ut Prosim (That I May Serve) in building and nurturing our community of inclusion, education, and excellence.

This commitment is exemplified and sustained through ongoing efforts in the college from faculty and staff to identify and lead initiatives that foster student success, promote a culture of belonging, and support organizational transformation.

This role supports the advancement of the college’s strategic initiatives, as well as university priorities, including InclusiveVT, Beyond Boundaries, Virginia Tech Advantage, Virginia Tech Global Distinction, and other efforts/programs that enhance access, support inclusive leadership, and sustain the student experience.
