Get Involved

Get involved by attending opportunities, volunteering, and giving back.
Attend
Attend one of our college-hosted opportunities to expand your network and learn more about our innovative programs and research. Our university also provides opportunities for all Hokies and friends to attend broader events and reunions, and you're never too far from another Hokie when you connect to your local chapter.
The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts' 2023-24 fall season includes performances by students, faculty members, and guest artists. The concerts, plays, and events will be held in venues across campus, and many of the events are free.
Check out this article for a list of events in music, theatre, and cinema.
You are cordially invited to the 2024 Virginia Tech Industrial Design (VTID) Alumni Reunion, taking place Friday, March 22 - Sunday, March 24 in Blacksburg, VA! We hope you can join us as we come together for the 25th Anniversary of the VTID program within the School of Design, College of Architecture, Arts, and Design. We are excited to welcome all VTID Alumni to the reunion and extend a special invitation to our Milestone Alumni celebrating significant graduation anniversaries (10-year, 20-year, 20+ years)!
The registration fee is $30, which includes Friday dinner, Saturday dinner, and additional refreshments. An inclusive registration is really important to us; by opting for the Standard Ticket ($30), you cover half of your reunion expenses. For those who can and want to provide extra support, the Full Support Ticket ($60) covers your full reunion expenses. As part of our commitment to supporting VTID, a portion of all registration fees (25%) will be donated to the program’s fund. Additionally, during checkout, we invite you to make a voluntary financial contribution to the program, which will directly support the VTID Annual Fund and student awards.
Alumni attendees are welcomed and encouraged to bring non-alumni partners to all social activities throughout the reunion weekend at the Standard Ticket price.
